Support Request: Downgrade license

Hello,
Our asset department recently renewed our licenses but if I understand correctly our new licenses will only work with the latest version ie Sitekiosk 9.9. Is there any way to downgrade these or make them work with the version we are actually using?

In general, the current license should also work with SiteKiosk Classic Windows Version 9.8.

Note:
SiteKiosk Classic Windows 9.8 is no longer supported, even with a new license, as only the latest version is supported.

In addition, SiteKiosk Classic Windows (like SiteRemote and SiteCaster) is a legacy product. This means that it will only receive limited support, i.e. only serious bugs will be fixed and the Chromium browser engine will be updated about once or twice a year.
However, SiteKiosk Classic will continue to be available as stand-alone software. An end date for this is currently not planned.
