Support Request: What gives - accounts dont transfer?

Description

I have an account here (sitekiosk.com) , obviously.
I just purchased a license for SiteKiosk Online.
After searching for an appropriate link (Seems like it should have been included in the invoice/confirmation email), I attempted to sign into https://us.sitekiosk.online/pub/login.aspx... My credentials failed.
Are these not the same?

Maybe I've just having a tough day, but seems this could be a bit easier to navigate.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can create a new account at https://us.sitekiosk.online/ to start the service. When you have created your build and would like to move from Trial to Licensed service, just activate your license under Team>>Licensing. You can find tutorial videos here: https://www.sitekiosk.com/tutorials/ . Both links are available at "Kiosk Software" dropdown above.

On your login account here, you can order products and sign up for automatic renewal for SiteKiosk Online Cloud licenses. You can find other links here:

I dont have a "trial"... I bought a license for "SiteKiosk Online Cloud Annual Plan"
See invoice# 114349

That license shows up when I'm logged into this site (sitekiosk.com)
If I have to create a new account on Sitekiosk.online, that license will show up there?

How can a previously purchased license be applied to a newly created account?

Hello,

There is no direct connection to the service and every new account starts as a trial. Please do create a new account at https://us.sitekiosk.online/. Please take the 30 days or less to create a new interface since you are new to the service. When you have tested your design and are satisfied with your experience on the client device, you can activate the new license. The trial account is a full experience except a watermark and limited remote access. Otherwise, what you see is what you will experience from that point on.
