Support Request: License Renewal

Description

I recieved an alert licenses are about to expire, Logging in I can see there are two license that indicate they won't auto renew. However when I follow the arrow it shows they're set to auto renew. How can I be sure that will happen. Why are the systems so disconnected? These should auto renew and not force me to visit the machines to install a newly licensed client. Screenshot when I click through the arrow next to Disabled under Automatic Renewal.

I can confirm your licenses are set for auto-renewal. If you just activate the auto-renewal in either the customer account or the kiosk management portal, you may need to log out and log back in from the other account to see that change.

Please note that with SiteKiosk Online, you will never need to activate a license on the device. With SiteKiosk Online you will only activate licensing in the management portal.
