Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You are receiving this message due to loss of contact with the SiteKiosk Online Server for 7 days. Here is the communication overview between you, server and clients: https://www.sitekiosk.com/wp-content/uploads/sitekiosk-en.pdf#page=20

You will be prompted to enter your Master Password from Portal>>Team>>Security, your portal login (if elected to do so for offline cases) and your Windows administrator (domain/username format can be used). Depending, you may be logged off the running user or be presented the Admin Menu. Since version 1.6.x, the System Configurator will allow you to change Wi-Fi/LAN and other device settings. Otherwise, you will need to log off the running user and check that access to your server (same domain as portal login) is accessible from that device.
